# sms-florin

> sms-florin is a phone number rental service for SMS/OTP verification codes. It rents real UK phone numbers (physical SIM cards on UK mobile networks — not VoIP or aggregated reseller numbers) for WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, Discord, Instagram, X, PayPal, and other services that require phone verification.

sms-florin runs its own physical GOIP hardware with real SIM cards, rather than aggregating numbers from third-party sellers. Instant rentals that expire without receiving a code are refunded automatically, with no support ticket required. The service launched in 2026, partly as an option for users displaced by SMS-Activate's shutdown in December 2025.
