sms-florin (the "Platform", "we") is operated by Flovoice SRL (the "Company"), registered at Str. Stadionului Nr. 4D, Sc. 2, Ap. 2, Florești, Cluj County, 407280, Romania, CUI 33710527. The Platform allows:
Any account may act simultaneously as both a client and a partner.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Using the Platform is prohibited for:
We reserve the right to cooperate with competent authorities in case of legal requests related to suspicious activity carried out through the Platform.
Your account can be topped up by card (processed securely via Stripe) or by bank transfer to the company's account, confirmed manually after the funds are received. Added funds are expressed in EUR and are used exclusively for renting numbers on the Platform.
An instant rental locks the corresponding amount at the moment it's created, for a single verification code. If the number doesn't receive the expected SMS before it expires (10 minutes by default), the rental expires and the amount paid is automatically refunded to your balance — please contact us if you experience a recurring technical issue.
A monthly rental reserves the number exclusively for you for 30 days and can receive any number of SMS during that period, at a fixed price, paid in full at creation.
A number that has already been used successfully for a given service (e.g. WhatsApp) is not subsequently offered to another client for the same service — it remains available for other services, however.
A client's first-ever top-up, if it is at least 5 EUR, credits an additional 1.00 EUR bonus to the account balance. This bonus amount can be used to rent numbers on the Platform like any other balance, but cannot be withdrawn via the Payouts page under any circumstances.
Partners automatically receive 80% of the value of every rental made through their numbers, credited directly to their account balance — upon delivery of the SMS code for instant rentals, or immediately at creation for monthly ones.
The accumulated balance can be withdrawn by bank transfer (IBAN, minimum 1,000 EUR) or USDT (minimum equivalent of 1,000 USD, calculated at the day's exchange rate), from the Payouts page. Requests are processed manually, usually within a few business days.
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and are not liable for any delays or non-delivery of SMS codes caused by mobile phone networks, third-party services, or partner devices.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Romania.
